Before we Begin, To go over the Cheevos you can MISS!! Again there are 34 of them, 31 relate to Missions so make sure that you figure what needs to be done on what mission before you finish that mission otherwise you wont get a second chance. The other 3 However are Misc. listed right below.

Welcome to the Story Missions of GTA San Andreas. The Story Missions Section will go over the Missions that CJ will need to play in order to progress the story. Each person you do a mission for will also have their own sections, you can use the links below to get to them easier
Below are all the activities in the game that have cheevos that you need to get.
Clear the mission "Sweet & Kendl" [Cheats block all achievements]
Pretty simple just play through the mission "Sweet & Kendl"
During the mission "Ryder", earn Ryder's respect with your new haircut
At the start of this mission, Ryder will make you drive to the barber shop and choose a new haircut. For this you need him to compliment your Hairstyle. You can sit there and try each Hairstyle, but if you want it the easy way, take a look at the pictures hanging on the wall, this MIGHT give you an Idea.

Just Purchase any Afro Hairstyle
During the mission "Ryder", distract the cashier for the robbery with some reverse bowel movement
So this one is probably more tricky to figure out. But after you get your haircut, Ryder will now tell you to go get some food. When you are buying food you need to eat so much that your stomach gives up on you.

Eat 12 Meals WITHOUT leaving the menu into the cutscene
Clear the mission "Ryder"
Pretty simple at this point, if you have unlocked the missables in the mission, continue on to finish the mission.
Clear the mission "Tagging up Turf"
Pretty simple you just have to play through the mission, no missables.
Clear the mission "Cleaning the Hood"
Pretty simple you just have to play through the mission, no missables.
You learn about sprays pretty early on, in Sweet's Mission "Tagging up Turf". During this mission you are given 6 Sprays Free and then you must find the rest. There are 4 total achievements for this activity.

These Cheevos are tied to the Service Activities like Taxi, Ambulance, Police.
Complete 50 Taxi Fares. Taxis now have Nitro!
Complete all 12 Paramedic missions to increase your maximum Health
Complete all 12 Firefighter missions to become resistant to fire
Complete all 12 Vigilante missions to increase your maximum Body Armor
Steal a total worth of $10.000 in Burglar missions to obtain Infinite Sprint
Complete 10 Pimping missions and get a special reward
