Instructions
Perform an Update Scripts command within TheRA-Setup prior to completing the steps below.

Format the USB drive using FAT32 or NTFS

Plugin the drive to your Windows PC and create a new folder
retropie-mounton the root of the drive -
Use WinSCP or other SSH tool to transfer all the folders and files from
/home/pigaming/RetroPie/romsto your Windows PC (i.e.,D:\RetroPie\roms) -
Use Windows Explorer to transfer all the contents of
D:\RetroPie\romstoX:\retropie-mount\romswhere X is your external USB drive. There should be only theromsfolder withinretropie-mount -
Use Windows Explorer to transfer the rest of your files to the USB drive in their respective folders

Safely eject your USB drive and plug in to the Odroid XU4. If it's a USB 3.0 drive, use one of the blue USB ports out front.

Reboot the system and it will automatically mount and use the files on the USB drive instead of the SD card.
SD card /home/pigaming/RetroPie/roms = USB drive X:\retropie-mount\roms
Important Notes
- retropie-mount does not perform any automatic copying of files from SD card to the USB drive.
- Only the
romsfolder is mounted on the USB drive. - All other folders such as the
BIOS,retropiemenu, andsplashscreensare still located in the SD card. You do not need to copy them to the USB drive.
