Shows an entity detail dialog.

Arguments

Argument	Type	Description
entityName	String	The entity name.
id	String	GUID of the existing entity.
relationship	MobileCRM.RelationShip	The optional relationship with a parent entity.

This example demonstrates how to open account detail form.
