Upgrading from CargOS 2015.7 to 2015.8 is supported by means of the cargos-upgrade utility which is installed by default.

To upgrade perform the following steps:

• boot from the new installation media (cargos-2015.8.iso or cargos-cloud-2015.8.iso)
• as root, run: cargos-upgrade -u this will update the base system and upgrade any packages
• now reboot to finish the upgrade and boot of your preferred boot device
