Getting started with Alchemy
In WitcherCraft as well as in Witcher series alchemy is a very important part of being a witcher. Using alchemy player is able to craft powerful potions, weapon oils or even bombs. Alchemy can be done whenever and wherever without the use of any crafting stations.
Alchemy Menu
In order to start creating concoctions, you need to open Alchemy Menu. You can do that by pressing B
on your keyboard.
In Alchemy Menu there are 8 slots. 1st slot is where you put alchemy base. Slots 2-7 is where you put alchemy ingredients. After inserting required ingredients all you need to do is to click Craft
button and the result of your brewing will pop out in slot 8.

Potions
Potions are the most common use for alchemy and serve as buffs. Alchemy base for potions is White Seagull. Potions power can be enhanced by wearing proper amor- Manticore School Gear
Oils
Oils are applicable enhancements that player can put on their sword. When using a weapon with oil applied player deal additional damage to the particular foe group the oil targets. Alchemy base for oils is Tallow. Oil's power can be enhanced by wearing proper amor- Viper School Gear.
Bombs
Bombs are area-effecting, thrown projectiles which can damage, stun or cause other effects on clustered groups of enemies. Alchemy base for bombs is Saltpeter. Bombs effects can be empowered by wearing proper armor- Wolven School Gear.
