When a sign with "[ActionInventory]" in the top line and the name of an action inventory in the second line is used, it drops a special stick. The stick has the name "[ActionInventory]" and the lore of the action inventory name. When used on a sign, it will add a click event to that sign which opens the action inventory specified by the first sign.
