User research with university staff about ID -cards:

With Studienberatung they plan to introduce digital ID cards about 2 id cards lost per week

with library staff incident between two students in the library 4 weeks ago id cards are lost at the printer (some people never go get them back) library is a public space -> can use

with a lost id card you can:

• get all the money from it
• open any room that is secured by an access gate
• open the locker from the person that owns the id card
• can eat in the mensa
• have full access to any service associated to the id card if the person know the password (which is usually the birthday)
