solution is currently more convenience than security
think about usecases -> id locked bathroom but 150 people want to enter at the same time => !!!
think about promoting the HM App -> 40 out of 1 people use it in our class
show no direct business model
think about bureaucracy -> that one dude wanted to do the same thing as we but was not able to do so despite they loved their id
think about security -> getting hacked by the russians is not an option
we still need to provide the physical process
