Lay person tasks

Wear a covid mask at all times in public. Many young people are becoming disabled by covid 19. 1 in 10 infections results in long covid.
Many young people are in poverty. Poverty is very difficult to overcome, and it doesn't happen without help from others. If you know a young person who is struggling, help them out. Find out what career options they are interested in and send them opportunities.
Many young people feel hopeless about climate change. Complete lay person tasks for climate change.
Many young people feel hopeless about economic conditions. Financial literary combined with low-income programs (for loans, etc.) can sometimes offer "loop holes" where people can find financial stability. If you know of loop holes such as this, let them know.
Be kind to your young coworkers. Many have healthy standards and will quit if you treat them wrong.
