• Remove barriers to starting a business. (Paperwork, taxes, and fees.) Have an MVP easy-file for adults that wish to take on large projects and are starting with an MVP. (Should only be used for projects where the goal is to become a large, established business. No cracking down on lemonade stands.) 

• Provide lawyers, accountants, tax specialists, and related high-skills workers at no cost to qualifying new businesses. Qualifications could include: services available for the first 5 years to first and second time business owners, first time in over 10 years business owners, and all disabled business owners. 

• Provide free housing and/or income vouchers to people who want to start a business but can't due to time spent at a job.
