User Account functionalities - ReLIFE-Project-EU/relife-wiki GitHub Wiki
The ReLIFE platform allows users to explore the currently public parts of the web UI without creating an account first.
User accounts are optional and currently unlock portfolio management features that are not available to anonymous users.
Note
The platform is still in active development. Authentication is already wired into the web UI, but the account lifecycle and available user features may change as the platform evolves.
The HRA and PRA can currently be accessed anonymously through a web browser. The RSE is also publicly visible, but at the moment it is a landing page rather than a live analysis workflow. No installation is required.
Registered accounts unlock additional capabilities beyond the anonymous experience. In the current web UI, authentication is handled through Supabase Auth, with Keycloak as the external identity provider for sign-in.
The following features are currently available to registered users:
| Feature | What it lets you do today |
|---|---|
| My Portfolios | Create, rename, and switch between saved portfolios |
| CSV upload | Upload CSV files for later reuse in PRA |
| File management | Review uploaded files and rename, move, download, or delete them |
| Quota tracking | See the storage quota associated with your uploaded portfolio files |
| PRA CSV import from saved files | Select a saved portfolio file and import it into the PRA workflow |
The following features are planned for registered users but are not yet visible in the current web UI:
- Job history: Review past submissions and retrieve previous results.
- Report export: Generate and download reports from completed analyses.
- Roles and permissions: Role-based access for different levels of platform functionality.
These features will be documented here as they become available.
ReLIFE is being developed with GDPR and privacy-by-design requirements in mind. Exact data-handling workflows can still evolve during development, so deployment-specific privacy notices and terms should be treated as the authoritative source for the currently deployed platform.
