Introduction
The ReLIFE platform offers three web-based tools for building energy renovation assessment. Each one targets a specific audience and level of detail.
Choosing the Right Tool
| Tool | Target Audience | Best For | Details |
|---|---|---|---|
| Home Renovation Assistant (HRA) | Homeowners, tenants, small building owners | Simplified guidance for a single property | Details |
| Portfolio Renovation Advisor (PRA) | Financial institutions, ESCOs, large-scale owners | Financial analysis across multiple buildings | Details |
| Renovation Strategy Explorer (RSE) | Policymakers, urban planners, researchers | Regional/national renovation strategies | Details |
Accessing the Platform
The platform is web-based and works in any modern browser. No installation is required.
The current public early-development instance of the ReLIFE Web UI is available at:
Open the link above in your browser to get started. The current public instance lets you access the HRA workflow and the PRA workflow entry point without an account, while the RSE is currently available as a public landing page only.
Some features require authentication. In the current web UI, signing in is needed for My Portfolios, where users can create portfolios, upload CSV files, manage stored files, and import those saved CSVs into the PRA workflow. For details, see User Account Functionalities.
What You Can Access Today
| Area | Anonymous access | Signed-in access |
|---|---|---|
| HRA | Full current workflow | Same workflow |
| PRA | Workflow available, including manual portfolio entry | Same workflow, plus import from saved portfolio CSV files |
| RSE | Public landing page only | Same current behavior |
| My Portfolios | Not available | Available |
[!WARNING] This is an early-development instance intended for testing and evaluation. Data, features, and availability may change without notice.
