ARCropolis comes with a built-in auto-updater that automatically checks for updates on boot.
The server to check can be edited through your configuration.

As mentioned on the configuration page, setting your IP to 0.0.0.0 will make it not reach the update server.

Beta updates are sometimes sent to test new features ahead of time and confirm they run properly for everybody.
If you consider an update too unstable and don't want to deal with it, you can downgrade to the latest stable version by downloading it on the release page and overwriting files on your SD.

An in-game version downgrader will be offered sometimes in the future.
