Grupp 2

Times

We want to work in school during daytime. As Lars recommended 9-17. If someone is late, the group will not wait.

Communication

One has to notify the others if they for some reason are late or can't come. Communication is key, and its everyones responsibility to keep the level of communication high.

Morning meetings every day. In this meeting we´ll talk about yesterday, problems and breakthroughs. The work today, -what have you done? -What will you do (today)? Any problems?

Changes in the time table, or any other, has to be brought up, and the whole group needs to be notified at least 12 hours before.

If you break any of these rules, or if you don't take your responsibility for the group you have to, 1. Buy coffee for everyone. 2. Take your responsibility and tell the group why you didn't do your task. And how you will make it up to them

Other

Time span for sprint-tasks

• Small = Less than a day (couple of hours)
• Medium = One day
• Large = More than one day.

High!
