Randores
Overview
Randores is a mod that add 256^3 ores to the game. Of these ores, 300 are randomly selected and added to each world. These ores can be used to craft different weapons, armor, tools, items and aesthetic blocks. Furthermore, tools and weapons can be enchanted with the Empowered enchantment to awake their latent abilities.
Feature Slam
- 256^3 possible ores
- 300 ores per world
- Axes, Pickaxes, Shovels, Hoes, Swords, Sticks, Bows, Battleaxes, Sledgehammers, Torches and Bricks
- Random abilities activated with the Empowered enchantment
- A useless crafting table and a useful furnace
- "Material Tomes" which show an ore's properties, abilities, and recipes
- Some vague WAILA integration
- Ability to fully customize ores
Known Bugs
- The game stalls a bit on world load. You should still be able to move around, but game mechanics will probably be stalled for a bit. Give it a minute or so (A great way to see if the game is lagging is to either try throwing an item, or breaking a block; if the item isn't thrown or the block doesn't drop anything, the game is still lagging)
Don't Asks
- Randores will not be downgraded to a lower MC version
- Randores will not support JEI or the minecraft recipe book. I've tried and failed, multiple times - if I figure out how to do it, great, but don't request it
- Randores will not support the vanilla furnace. Why? Because it's impossible - if it becomes possible, then I'll support it
