Problem definition:

The missile launcher is rugged i.e. it can move anywhere ,it can fire missile in any direction and at any specified range which can shoot 4 missile back to back and budget is around 6000. The weight of the tank is less than 2kg and the height of the tank will be approximately 2 feet. The tank will be moving at the maximum speed of 9kmph the launcher will hit the target accurately. The missile launcher tank will launch 1 missile at a time and capacity of the tank will be 4 missiles. It will be able to launch missile in any given direction by the user.
