Finnish communications regulatory authority (FICORA) is a public authority responsible for communication regulations in Finland. FICORA describes the SAML 2.0 usage in Finish eID services in (Viestintävirasto. Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA), 2016)[1]. The document provides information about the Finnish Trust Network (FTN), a cloud-based mechanism offering citizens standardized connection to trusted identity providers and service providers. The Finnish Trust Network follows the European eIDAS regulation[1].
