Who gets it: Illyrian Kingdom, Ardiaei and Labeatae

Oh great king of Illyria! Thanks to your excellent leadership, your realm and army have considerably grown in size! Among our men are plenty of brave warriors who have shown the greatest courage and determination and would readily die for you in battle. It is time to separate the wheat from the chaff and pick these men out to serve in their own unit, which the Greeks call ‘epilektoi’. They shall move swiftly over the battlefield and strike fear into the hearts of your enemies!

It fires when any one of these holds:

• at least 15 settlements are held by Illyrian Kingdom
• at least 15 settlements are held by Ardiaei

The game checks this at the end of every round.
