Who gets it: Galatians

Hail, my king! Over time, our soldiers have encountered and slain many foes. This has also resulted in adopting new military strategies and equipment, that are represented through a number of reformed units that have now become available for recruitment.

It fires when it is turn 40 (261 BC) or later.

The game checks this at the end of every round.

Message only. It unlocks, retires and converts no units.
