Who gets it: Bosporans

Hail, strategos! Over time, our soldiers have encountered and slain many foes. This has also resulted in adopting new military strategies and equipment, that are represented through a number of reformed units that have now become available for recruitment.

It fires when at least 30 battles have been fought by Bosporans.

The game checks this at the end of every round.
