UrbanSim is a tool designed for urban planners, policymakers, and community stakeholders to assist in creating and assessing various combinations of land use, transportation, and environmental policies. PSRC has currently implemented this framework for their land use forecasting, details of which can be found in here.

Note: This application is not part of the SeaCast setup.
