Experience in healthy or clean eating, cooking (experience, certifications, classes etc) This establishes your credibility to your customers.

A: My experience with “clean eating” and healthy eating patterns has developed more and more over the years with living a healthy lifestyle daily. I’ve always been interested in healthy foods but learning the benefits of ingredients has been my latest obsession and interest. As a graduate from Culinary school, I learned the basics of how to cook but meal prepping was also something so important to me. Beginning to create myself my own meal plans that included many nutrients as possible, I began to do my own research of how I can get my vitamins through food and what our bodies need in order to perform its best everyday. I quickly adapted to the lifestyle I read about applied it to my regiment, bodybuilding. After sharing the countless amount of information I have learned, I wanted to cook the meals for families at their home so they would be set up for success just as much as I was and feeling with the meal plans. Then, as a personal chef cooking meals for families and creating meal plans around their goals I began to recognize how much it was helping everyone as a whole in their energy, physical appearance, time management and accountability. Now, Ive created a system that helps people stay on track the whole day with their meals. Certifications: Culinary Art and Education -Menu planning and design -Hospitality -Business -Nutrition -Restaurant Management

Q:What are your meal plans based on (for example, the food pyramid, macros, color coded food containers, the health department’s healthy eating recommendations…etc?)

A: I truly do not count calories to the T. I do believe getting the proper amounts of carbs, fats and protein per meal is necessary. Listening to the body is most important role in health and replenishing it everyday with the vitamins and nutrients it needs to portray a healthy lifestyle. Setting goals to meet, staying in a range of calories, keeping food in moderation and consuming non-GMO food is vital. My meal plans are generally based on what the perfect meal should look like through the days getting all nutrients you need to perform your best. Portioned out in ready-to-go containers for convenience for the demanding lives we face today.   Q:How did you become involved in this (what motivated you to pursue this type of business, what is the passion behind this?) Do you have a personal story about cleaning eating and fitness?

A: I became involved (or motivated, I would say) in this lifestyle of health and fitness by my passion. My mom has been a huge influence on me in this World and I would say it has all began there. Ive always been very active my whole life playing all sorts of sports and activities up until High School. I played soccer for 8 years and had to give it up because of my severe exercised induced asthma. Soon after, I picked up the world of bodybuilding. Beginning to workout on my own learning and teaching myself different styles of training, exercises, classes etc. I realized the better I ate, the better I felt and the better I was able to do more in the gym. Incorporating the two aspects, I wanted to do more than just exercise, but to challenge myself in ways I never have before. This is where I took on the challenge to compete in my first ‘Bikini Bodybuilding Competition”. After years of practice, building and teaching people how to plan their days around health and fitness, I wanted it to become my career every single day, continuing to look how I can help as many people as possible!

Q:What is your ideal goal for your customers? A: The ideal goal for my customer is for them to truthfully feel as good as possible from the inside out. If they have a goal in mind where they want to be, for them to reach that goal or to be at their healthiest weight, mindset, achievement they have even met. The most important part of the process for the goal is for them to believe in themselves and learn what a healthy lifestyle looks like all around.

Q:What is the reward for you from helping others or from meal prepping?

A: The biggest reward from helping others is to show and share with them how great our bodies are designed to feel everyday. With the amount of energy I carry everyday, I know it all starts with what I fuel myself with and the positive mindset I bring everyday. Being able to influence someone in a positive and healthy way with my experience is the most rewarding aspect of doing what I do. Being able to see someones results with my help of teaching them what they can do to make changes in their life, not only changes them, but many around them rewards me with what life is truly about and that we are here to help each other be the best possible versions of ourselves.
