This is the Roadmap page where our plans for future development will be listed.

Stage 1

• Hydrogen Release

• Helium Release
  • 1D Electrophoresis Simulation
  • Marvin Sketch Integration
  • Fix Ion Exchange Chromatography simulation

Stage 3

• Lithium Release
  • Separate program into individual simulations that can be run separately that share a common protein java library
    • Take out commonly used functions and classes and create a java library containing these functions and classes. Make a separate branch for this library.
    • Update Ion Exchange Chromatography
    • Update 1-Dimensional Electrophoresis
    • Update 2-Dimensional Electrophoresis
    • Update Tandem Mass Spectrometer

Stage 4

• Beryllium Release
  • Update to current version of Marvin Sketch
