Building

Prerequisites

In order to build the RISCOSS Platform you need to:

Install Java JDK7
Install Maven 3.0.5

How to build

To download the externals (data collector and evaluation engine) use ./update in the root directory. To build the RISCOSS Platform just run the command ./build from the root directory.

Depending on your connection speed, and the number of artefacts to download, it will take between 5 and 20 minutes to build the whole platform. When it completes you will have a deployment running on your machine bound on port 8080.
