Github's wikis use Github Flavored Markdown. You can also view the source of wiki pages to get a sense of the format on Github.

Internal Page Links

You can use a special syntax to link to other pages in the Wiki: simply use [This Page Title](/RILAB/lab-docs/wiki/This-Page-Title) to link to a page with the title "This Page Title".
