An "Index" is a kind of folder in which contents will be deposited. It is organized as a tree structure. You have to manage index first, then you can deposit your contents into the appropriate index.

Access Administration view

1. Log in to WEKO3 as an admin user.

2. Click the account name at the top right and then you will access the Account Profile View.

3. Select [Administration] in the Settings menu and then you will access the Administration view.

Create new index

4. Select [Setting]>[Edit Tree] in the menu and then you will access the Edit Tree View.

5. Click [Add] button and then a new index will be created.

6. Click the new index and update its index information. To publish the new index, check [Open to public] checkbox.

7. Click [Send] button and then index information will be updated.

Edit Index

1. In "Edit tree" screen, any index can be moved to any location by drag and drop.

Comment of Index

1. The text will be displayed (場所) when you input in the comment field.

1. An image can be associated with an index.

2. The image associated with the index will be displayed as below.

Index Link

The index link provides a shortcut menu to the index.

1. Select [Setting]>[Index Link] in the menu and then you will access the Index Link Configure View.

2. Click [Enable] radio button and click [Update] button. Then the index link function is enabled.

2. Enable the index link of the index and enter the menu content of the index link. Click [Send] button and then index information is updated.

3. The index link is displayed above the applicable index tree.

4. When you clicking the index menu in the index link, then the contents of the index is shown.

Delete Index

1. Select the target index and then click the [Delete] button.

2. A confirmation dialog is displayed and click the [Delete All] button.
