Description

This bioconductor package implements multivariate statistical analysis approaches: PCA, PLS, PLS-DA, OPLS and OPLS-DA. It includes the original nonlinear iterative partial least squares (NIPALS) versions of the algorithms, as opposed to those implemented in muma.
