Description

intCor provides functions for drift removal and data normalisation of LC-MS data. It accepts either raw data (netCDF or .mzXML), a peak matrix or an xcmsSet as input. It contains 5 methods for intensity drift correction: component correction, median fold change, ComBat and common PCA (CPCA). PCAs can also be performed.
