Description

Interval-correlation-shifting (icoshift) is an algorithm for NMR spectral alignment, based on rigid shifts of intervals. It independently aligns each NMR signal to a target by maximising the cross-correlation between intervals. This algorithm can account for a number of the misalignment problems encountered in NMR metabolomics, however it cannot account for changes in peak order.
