Description

RFmarkerDetector is a CRAN package that provides random forest analysis of metabolomics data, as well as scaling and PCA. Scaling can be performed using either autoscaling or pareto scaling. Mean centering can also be performed. There are functions for selecting the best RF model. Cross validation is implemented with the AUC multiple cross-validation (AUCRF) as well as Monte Carlo cross validation.
