Description

MetaboLab is an extension of NMRLab, designed for the analysis of 2D NMR spectra, including processing and metabolite identification. For processing, FT, phase correction, baseline correction, zero filling, apodization, DC offset correction, Gibbs multiplication and referencing. A small section of HMDB reference spectra can be used for metabolite identification.
