Description

MetStaT is a CRAN package which provides functions for statistical analysis. Methods it provides includes: ANOVA-simultaneous component analysis (ASCA), figure of merit (FoM), PCA, Goeman’s global test for metabolomic pathways (Q-stat), Penalized Jacobian method (for calculating network connections), Time-lagged correlation method and zero slopes method. It also includes centering and scaling functions.
