Description

This CRAN package provides RUV-random normalisation for metabolomics data and also RUV-random method for clustering. Remove unwanted variation-random (RUV-random) attempts to remove all unwanted variation: both biological and technical variation. RUV-random is suitable for both supervised and unsupervised methods. The RUV-random method for clustering can be used for unsupervised exploratory clustering purposes.
