Description

Mass Spectrometry based Lipid(ome) Analyzer and Molecular Platform is designed for metabolite identification of ESI and MALDI data. A list of molecular masses can be queried against the MS-LAMP database (consisting of lipids from LIPID MAPS and the MtB LipidDtB) for lipid identification. Users can also add their own lipid database, if in the correct format for MS-LAMP.
