Description

InCroMAP (Integrated analysis of Cross-platform MicroArray and Pathway data) was originally designed as a microarray analysis tool, providing mapping to pathways. However since version 1.5, it has supported metabolomics data and integrated data analysis, supporting enrichment analysis and pathway visualisation. Pathways of interest can be automatically downloaded from KEGG or user imported from other sources.
