Description

A web-server for the visualisation and extraction of LC-MS features. Peaks can be extracted using XCMS. MetaboAnalyst can then be used for further preprocessing and statistical analysis: filtering, sum normalisation, log(2) transformation and autoscaling, followed by univariate (t-tests, volcano plots, ANOVA) and multivariate analysis (HCA, PCA, PLS-DA). TIC and BPC are automatically displayed and EIC can be generated. There is also a bin feature which splits full-scan MS data into uniform bins.
