Description about Assembly of subsystems

Automatic petri plate loading machine consists of 3 main subsystems, they are as follows: 1.Holding petri plate subsystem 2.Loading subsystem 3.Interface subsystem Where the machine works automatically based on the mechanism insisted to it through the programing of Arduino UNO. The loading machine has IR sensor to detect petri plate and load the media by the help of peristaltic pump from lower to higher concentration. After loading process is completed their is a packing of petri plate by the help of an actuator, where it lifts the petri plate and continues the loading process for the next up coming petri plates.
