Dataverse
- Increased the Hypothesis import limit from 20 to 200 (their max)

- Deactivated [email protected] account in stage Dataverse (removing in Drupal stops login but does not remove the Dataverse account/permissions so emails still go out)
Discussion
- 5.12.1 is out. There are two bug fixes and some other minor PRs. One is a fix for a 500 error upon account creation - if this doesn't affect our SSO signup, there's no reason we need it. The other is a fix for direct download which was broken by my Globus work in 5.12. We weren't using direct download (we probably should) so no effect unless/until we switch.
