• Are the guidelines strict? We intend these guidelines as a facilitator to transition to transparent research. They do not represent the only way of conducting transparent research. There are plenty of alternative ways: Using other repositories than Zenodo, (e.g. Figshare), using other notebooks than Jupyter (e.g. R markdown). These guidelines are just consequence of our experience and
