You can try the solutions based on other user feedback:

1. Install K-Lite Codec https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook/issues/1581
2. Update your GPU driver (Some users' GPUs are too old and have not had a new version of the driver for a long time, so they may need to manually downgrade the LAVFilters version. https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook/issues/1589)
3. Select the QuickLook's GPU https://github.com/QL-Win/QuickLook/issues/1511
