Welcome to the Auto Analysis for Synaptic Vesicles Application

This application has been developed for the Anggono group (QBI) to automate analysis of single particle tracking data for synaptic vesicles. It provides two processes:

1. Generates interactive plots of individual ROIs after subtraction of bleach data
2. Generates a full plot of normalized data fitted with an exponential curve with decay rate

The application can be installed by downloading from the Latest Release.

Installation - Windows

The Windows version is a self-installing binary.

Installation - Mac

The Mac version is a dmg which can be run once opened or dragged into the Applications folder. There may be warnings about "unknown developer" - but you know who I am!
