Most commonly used sensors are level sensors for urea level in the storage tank, pH sensors for pH of urea and many more. The control system manages the flow of urea which ensures precise dispensing. Safety features are a must as they prevent most of the accidents which may include immediate shut down.

DISPENSING MACHENISM: The most crucial component of the machine is the urea dispensing mechanism as it is the one which delivers urea to the required location. The pump is used to control the flow of urea from tank to dispensing unit, efficient working of the pump is very crucial for the machine to work properly. Dispensing also has a prior function wherein the urea is mixed properly and measured accordingly and distributed with proper amount everywhere.

OTHER USES: Urea dispensing machine is primarily designed for urea dispensing, but it has many social uses as well. These machines can prevent overuse of other fertilizers which is helpful for soil replenishment. There is reduced labor and less strain for farmers which makes it look more aesthetic and sustainable profession. The public health has also become accepatable.
