1.PROBLEM DEFINATION

NEED STATEMENT:

THRESHER MACHINE

A farmer used to separate the grains by sieving and filtration method which would take lot of time and many labourers.Due to increasing demand of population ,the farmer wishes to have a semiautomatic thresher machine which is capable of thresing the grains out of bulk of husk.

Design a semiautomatic thresher machine, which should be portable and user friendly. The machine should be asthetically pleasing and should be easy or safe for utility.

3.4 Identifying Clients Constraints.

The machine should be asthetically pleasing and should be easy or safe for utility.The machine must not exceed the volume of 2 cubic feet and should be less than 3 kg..The minimum budget to build this machine is within 4000 Rs. It should be able to separate wheat and paddy grains from harvested crops and should provide unmutilated grains.The continuous working hour of machine should be atleast 3 hours.
