mass = density * volume

   = 1.18*8256.4677

   = 9742.631886 g

   = 9.742 kg

HORIZONTAL FORCE

Force = mass * coefficient of friction * g

   = 9742.643 * 0.5 * 9.81

   =47787.65 N

Torque = F * r

   = 477.87 * 0.68

   = 290.544 N-m

Torque * FOS = 290.544 * 1.5

       = 435.817 N-m

ADAPTER SELECTION

1 DC motor is used hence,

1*300= 300mA and 12V

Factor of safety = 1.2

300*1.2 = 360 mA

Hence the adapter should be 12V and 500A
