PyHP++# was started by this comment by u/alexbuzzbee. PyHP++# is, indeed, a real programming language, with specifications and a community. It is meant to be a senseless combination of Python, PHP, C++ and C#. There has been talk of PyHP++#.js (with JavaScript added to the mix) but these rumours are not verified or endorsed by the mods.
