The quarry is a block that digs out land. The setup is simple, place four redstone torches to mark where the quarrying will occur, then place a quarry block which will start the digging process. DO NOT PLACE UNLESS 100% SURE Breaking it will clear the NBT data and waste your 4 DIAMOND BLOCKS

Recipe:

Place down 4 redstone torches in a SQUARE (max 50x50 area). After place the quarry block in front of any redstone torch (not inside region of redstone square).

Once the quarry block is placed, the digging will begin. The blocks mined will slowly break, and any chests broken will drop contents onto the floor. The harder a block is, the longer it will take to break. The quarry will store items in any adjacent chests if possible. (max adjacent chests on each side is 5 double chests)

Coal Blocks can be used as fuel.
