Developer notes have moved 📦

Our notes on caveats for analyzing Project Sidewalk data now live in the Project Sidewalk repository:

It documents release-specific data caveats (e.g. audit_task.task_start before v7.8.5, gallery user_id before v7.5.0, anonymous completed before v2) plus a few Gallery screenshot tips.
