Adding a new language has moved 📦

Our internationalization guide — including the step-by-step process for adding a whole new language — now lives in the Project Sidewalk repository, next to the code and translation files it describes:

It covers both i18n systems (backend Play messages and frontend i18next JSON), how to add/change/remove translated text, and the full new-language checklist.
