Grim Ward
We wanted to make grim ward more useful so it now fits in to two roles
- More party oriented for if you want to build something to help push group content
- It has flat attack rating to help undergeared barbarians who need to gain an early AR boost
Its Radius, Damage and Flat Attack Rating will all scale with levels for example it currently reaches 26.6 yards at level 29 (alpha values which may change)
Leap Attack
Reworked to be faster and deal weapon based damage in an AoE upon landing

Radius scales with skill points

We've reworked it so far to have better movespeed scaling, so frw will increase your movement speed while in WW and we've also reverted the attack rate to the classic style with a flat amount of hits instead of scaling off your weapon ias

Grizzly Bear & Ravens

Gust
Teleport to location and mini stun for .2 seconds.

Molten Boulder scales its movement speed with skill points.

The delay has been reduced, Cooldown reduced, Synergies changed to become a 100 point build, Duration of the fire damage per second aoe has been reduced but damage increased and part of the meteors impact damage has been changed to physical.

Teleport
Teleport changed to reduce player damage by a percentage for 1.5 seconds after you teleport.
so let me break down the current teleport iteration (which may change mind you)
- Teleport causes you to gain a 1 second debuff that applies 50% reduced damage (at 105 FCR this debuffs your first 2 casts)
- Teleport's 50% damage reduction penalty can be reduced by 1% per hard point invested (this means telestomp nova builds an reduce it down to 30% with 20 points)
- The last change is that we are using lightning FCR frames to slow it down instead of regular but this is the most experimental change we have on teleport atm and is 50/50 whether it stays or goes but at the moment all of these combined have teleport feeling pretty balanced as you now have to use your brain and assess a situation to decide whether its worth holding your positioning or using teleport to reposition and eat the debuff for 1 second
