Teleport
Teleport changed to reduce player damage by a percentage for 1.5 seconds after you teleport.
so let me break down the current teleport iteration (which may change mind you)
- Teleport causes you to gain a 1 second debuff that applies 50% reduced damage (at 105 FCR this debuffs your first 2 casts)
- Teleport's 50% damage reduction penalty can be reduced by 1% per hard point invested (this means telestomp nova builds an reduce it down to 30% with 20 points)
- The last change is that we are using lightning FCR frames to slow it down instead of regular but this is the most experimental change we have on teleport atm and is 50/50 whether it stays or goes but at the moment all of these combined have teleport feeling pretty balanced as you now have to use your brain and assess a situation to decide whether its worth holding your positioning or using teleport to reposition and eat the debuff for 1 second
